voici le probleme dont vous m'apporterez peut etre, et si vous le voulez bien, la solution.
Je suis sous debian j'ai une ati 9200 avec une sortie VGA et une sortie DVI.
Le sujet revenant souvent j'ai reussi a configurer mon XF86config-4 pour avoir mon ecran branché sur le DVI, à gauche de celui branché sur le VGA ( la position importe peu )
le probleme c'est que apres avoir touché à je ne sais quoi, X ne démarre plus, mes deux ecrans sont noirs et jai beau vouloir changé de console avec alt+ctrl+Fx aucun changement je suis dans le noir complet. Bon le pc ne plante pas (évidemment) et avec ssh je peux me debrouiller n'empeche que je comprends pas ou est le probleme dans ma conf.
La ligne commentée (tout en bas) me permet d'avoir X mais je ne profite plus du double ecran.
