j'utilise kubuntu 6.06.1 quand j'installe le driver propriétaire ATI, dejà impossible de generer un paquet pour ma distribution :

ensuite donc j'essaye d'installer le driver pour xorg 7.0.x par defaut ... et voilà l'erreur :

mais apprement le driver s'est quand meme installé, passons à la configuration.
après avoir tapé export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0 pour régler un premier problème qui était :
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified
quand je tape aticonfig --tv-format-type=PAL-N j'ai l'erreur suivante :
Warning: Failed to set tv format immediately.
Using /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Saved back-up to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.fglrx-17
je redemarre le serveur X par [ctrl]+[alt]+[backspace] et je me rend compte que l'affichage sur ma télé n'a pas changé.
Voilà j'aimerai vraiment résoudre ce problème pour ne pas etre obligé de redemarrer sous windows à chaque fois que je veux mater un film sur ma télé, merci.
