ubuntu ne demarre pas

j'ai un pc avec un carte mère SOYO sy n7100+ de 18ghtz
et un cd bootable ubuntu
mon pb quand je veut démarrer sur le cd
après avoir choisi l'option demaree su le cd
le message suivant s'affiche
uncompressing linux...ok booting kernel
[4294667.932000]... MP-BIOS bug
8254 time no connected to IO-APIC
[4294667.932000] kernel panic -not syncing
IO-APIC +timer doesn't Work
boot with APIC=debug and send a report
then try booting with the "noapic" option [4294667.932000]
je ne comprend ps ce que cela signifie
mais il boot sur d'autre pc aider moi

Essayes d'entrer l'option noapic au boot.
