J'ai donc édité le fichier
device.map, puis retapé la commande:
sudo grub-install /dev/fd0
Et j'obtiens ceci:

"No error reported", certes, mais les lignes "Unknown partition table signature" m'intriguent... au passage, il y a 9 lignes et j'ai 9 partitions en tout (3 fat, 4 ext3 et 2 swap), y a-t-il un lien?
A priori, si j'ai bien tout suivi, il me suffira de booter depuis la disquette, puis de taper
sudo grub-install /dev/hda
pour réécrire grub sur mon 1er DD
Est-ce que grub prendra en compte le windoze nouvellement installé, ou bien faudra-t-il que j'édite le fichier
menu.lst (ce qui devrait être dans mes possibilités, d'après ce que j'ai vu dans d'autres sujets)?
Pour l'instant, la partition hda1 (sur laquelle je vais installer XP) est en fat, mais je compte la reformater en ntfs à l'installation de XP Est-ce que ça pose un problème (il me semble avoir lu quelque chose à ce sujet par ailleurs...)?
